✅ In original packaging and unused condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
• Personalized/customized products made to order.
• Perishable goods or items with an expiration date.
• Hygiene-sensitive products that were unsealed after delivery.
• Items that were mixed with other goods and cannot be separated.

Gift Returns

• You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
• A digital gift certificate will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

🎁 If the gift was not sent directly to you:
• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
